Hi guys this is my first post of this blog...i am a physiatrist by profession.Sometimes we feel anxiety because nobody has time to spend with us or listen to us...it leads us to depression.. telling our feelings our thoughts can feel us healthy so Tell us whatever you want to share feelings ,your emotions...everyting... I just want to talk to you guys because we all have something that we can't share to anybody .... Sometimes because nobody has time for us..or sometimes we afraid that nobody will understand us.. so in this blog u can share anything, you can tell anything without any hesitation...write whatever you want to say ....whatever in your heart...I am here to listen you .. even I also want u to listen me.... Even I want all those people to listen us who don't have anyone to listen them...so guys tell me your talks in your way... This blog is not about any particular topic it's all about you... You just created your topics nd we will talk about them ...
